Transfer Success Peer Coaches
How it works:

• Peer coaches will begin with limited hours (8-10 hours) as trainees in Spring 2023.
• Peer coaches will begin employment on August 29, 2022 at 10-12 hours per week, with mandatory full-day trainings on August 29-30 (virtual) and September 19-20 (in person). During this training, coaches will become Certified Peer Educators by National Association for Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) - a great resume builder!
• Option to work summer will be provided to select coaches based on availability.
