Room Reservations
The Triton Transfer Hub offers a variety of meeting rooms for interviews, group study sessions, and meetings. Located on the first and third floors of the Triton Administrative Services Building, our rooms feature smart AV technology for seamless screen sharing and easy setup for hybrid and virtual meetings. While the rooms are open for anyone to use, reservations are encouraged to help ensure availability when you need a space. Please fill out the form below to book one our our spaces
Meeting Rooms
The Triton Transfer Hub has meeting rooms on the first and third floor of the Triton Administrative Services Building. These rooms fit 1-5 people and are each set up with smart AV for wireless casting and easy hybrid and virtual meetings. The button below is for first available of all our meeting rooms.
Conference Room
The Triton Transfer Hub Conference Room is available to groups of 5-19. As our smaller meeting rooms can accommodate 5 guests we require that meetings held here have a minimum of 5 guests in attendance.
This room can host up to 19 guests in a beautiful panoramic room with views of the Triton Welcome Center and Carlos Malamud Plaza. Groups are limited to 1 reservation of 2 hours maximum per week to allow this space to be open to as many students as possible.

Library spaces can be reserved directly from the website below, and University Center spaces can be reserved through the UCSD Reservations page or in-person at Open Desk, which is located between Geisel Library and Target.
