About Vivian Sanchez

Hi everyone! My name is Vivian, and I'm a 4th year Public Health major with a concentration in Medicine Sciences. I transferred from UC Santa Cruz, where I studied Biotechnology before ultimately deciding to switch onto the pre-med track. I grew up in Chula Vista, so I know some great food spots if you're ever looking.

Beyond being a peer coach at the Triton Transfer Hub, I'm part of the International Health Community, where I collaborate on the Sex Ed Project. I'm also a research assistant with the School of Medicine here at UCSD, working on projects related to the justice-impacted community, and with the National University of Singapore, where I'm working on a paper about cerebrovascular disease and brain health. I'm an HSF Scholar, LPSP Scholar, CAMP Scholar, and TRELS Scholar.
